Greetings Blogosphere!
Welcome to my SECOND blog. Whyever have two blogs? Easy. You don't mix friends and politics. As a Political Science major, I occasionally write about news stories and it tends to put a damper on some friendships. Honestly, if there was a dislike button on Facebook (or even a sad face) it would blow up. I even wrote about politics in my other blog, Adventures in the Far East, which is about my travel storiess and I was told to stop. It's boring.
Unfortunately for them, 2012 has already brought many great comment worthy news stories. Babyonce. Soldiers pissing on corpses. Karma (hospitalization) hitting Joe Paterno and John Edwards. Lunatics running for president- and not just in America, most of the free world (also in Russia and I guess they aren't technically running in China).
2012 needs me.
I am not a journalist. I am not a writer. I am a person who sits at a desk from 9-5 and has too much free time. That's who most bloggers are- people who need a promotion. Perhaps then we would work and not write.
So as I work I will be reading ever news source imaginable (except Wall Street Journal- its blocked in my office but Twitter and Perez are available!) and bringing you the catchiest stories.
Move over Blue Ivy B.I.C., it's my turn!
